This review is based on the free chapters (up to ch. 18). MC, Aresha (Asha), gets teleported to a new world through magic (THIS is NOT an isekai/reincarnation! She didn't DIE, just got knocked out and teleported before her life was in danger) and meets Ethan, her destined partner. It was difficult to enjoy the story because of grammatical issues, inconsistent verb tenses, random perspectives (switching between 3rd person and 1st person without relevant indication) and inconsistent genders. Maybe it gets better in later chapters? Who knows, but the free chapters weren't proofread and the story has been out for 2 years or so. I wasn't fond of the MC. Yes, she is going through trauma, but that's no excuse to lash out at someone else for no reason. She's intelligent, but clearly lacks common sense. The lack of communication was suffocating. Actually, instead of communicating, she imposed her beliefs and customs onto Ethan. Instead of talking things out to understand each other and ask WHY he chose her, WHY she was summoned there, and every other WHO/WHAT/WHEN/WHERE/WHY questions both might have, they don't talk about it. I like the idea behind the story; it seems interesting. However, it feels like there was something lacking to keep me reading (aside from the issues mentioned above). Well, these were my thoughts after reading a glimpse of this novel. Read and judge the story yourself.
