nice concept with the abilities of quincy and avatar elemental bending but it's a bit confusing since this is naruto world but no one ever questioned how the MC use elemental abilities without use of seal. So the background for abilities are pretty vague and not possible (even if you want to say Kekkei Genkai) since both abilities are almost impossible to exist in 1 body.

They probably think its just an extreme mastery of nature transformation. Not all jutsu need seal. They're just rare, I mean Sasuke made an entire series of sealess jutsu that Kakashi made when he was a kid and minato made one too. Raikage has his lightning armor, Rock has particle style and sand basically has its own Sand benders.
true. but it was still connected to chakra nature, meanwhile in this case the MC can use any nature type without much chakra control and even then that is only for the basic nature type and not like for example the iron sensing power (derived from earth bending) .
