Well that just has to do with webnovel, all the novels they do trials on and such use the same sets of images so we get a lot of novels with same or similar images, and many times the cover has nothing to do with the book like, tf does a bird have to do with a fish, but anyway webnovel just didnt wanna commission more art for their mass of translated novels they do themselves
