Overall, this feels like a warm-hearted, fun read, even though the grammar leaves a lot of room for improvement. The character building in this novel is accelerated and improved by the flow of thoughts, and those parts with inner dialogue are where the grammar does not bother me at all. I like the pacing of thoughts and emotions, it feels real, likable, and there is clear empathy from the author towards the characters. Again, my favorite part must be the way thoughts and emotions are represented.
