Is that why it's names Rouge empire instead of Rogue empire? They mean vastly diffrent things. Rouge is the makeup chicks put on their cheeks to have a cosmetic blush. A rogue is a bad person that is either behaving in a socially unacceptable norm or breaking laws outright.
