Review Detail of IWantToBeSomebody in One Piece: The Devil of the Seas

I like the story. Its Different and had a good pacing. There is just one thing I want to make sure. Was MC a reincarnated? or aware of one piece world. I don't know if i just miss it. Based on what I read MC doesn't know One Piece
