Look at me I am the MC, have wasted 100 years of my life and not even learned a single thing. I know it is really hard d to write experienced characters when you yourself are just starting your life but this is bad even by webnovels standards. The MC thoughts and actions don't show his experience, they don't even make sense if you consider that the MC has adult children, which by the way should be over 40 years old by now.

Yeah I just checked it out, the MC might as well be a 18-year old boy with little kids. Sigh. In this regard (writing experienced characters) novels like Protect Our Patriarch/Ancestor Above do a better job, even Taoist Antecedent of Yellow Court does to some extent (mostly in game world).

This is just cheap. First it's thousand-fold system, then it's million-fold system, now it's a billion-fold system. What next a trillion-fold system? At this stage what's the point of even reading. The novel is extremely interesting limiting the golden finger in a reasonable way. The MC reasonably stayed low key and even had his kids get some protagonist style luck. The power progression is explained really well leaving for an extremely interesting read.

This novel is not as bad as it is painted, some are so used to all powerful and omnipotent Mc that something a little more realistic frustrates them, mastering all the elements and reaching its maximum in a matter of days is frankly laughable. I do not understand what they expect from someone with 100 years, it is understood that life expectancy must be higher for magicians in that world but in any case it is at the end of their life, it is already too much to ask that they do not suffer from dementia or any other disease let it come with age. Many reviews are from people who did not bother to pay minimal attention or read more than 5 chapters, the series is not perfect or the best of this lot but it does not deserve as mediocre a rating as it currently has.

This novel is full of nonsense and I'll prove it. Mc was trash because he graduated school and wasnt a beginner mage. MC is now 100 years old and retired at around 50 to raise his infant kids. His son who should be around 50 now just became a beginner mage but is somehow just starting school. If that isnt enough for you then I dont know what will be. I give this 1 idiot sandwich.
