Currently on chapter 60 of the rewrite. The original's romance with Hori-san makes sense, he has low self esteem, is lonely, was bullied and in the end found her who "accepts" him. But here, he's not like that at all, and we only see a Hori-san who is jealous, she doesn't want him to stop being "dark", show his pretty face to others and stand out, at the same time she doesn't want others to find out that she knows someone so "dark" and it's very possessive.
