Yeh read till chp 180 and he appeared abt 2 more times yet he looks like he doesn’t even have the strength of a jonin. He got insta knocked out in chp 140+. Chp 147 wants to become stronger and get revenge (That’s when i became hype. I thought FINALLY more screen time and upgrade in strength.) Yeh no. Because of upcoming war, no appearance of mc as of yet. At Chp 180. If author is not playing a joke, he better make mc at least kage from mission rewards. No idea what rewards he got from the exam space from 140-180 so when he reappears, he better be strong.

But honestly if author improve his grammer and increase mc screen time, it would be without a doubt one of the best fanfics. Even with the bad grammer and the confusion, i’d rate it a 3.8-4 out of 5 as the story is really unique and interesting.

I find the MC to be pretty funny. The MC did get cards that could boost his strength but that doesn't mean that by just receiving the cards that he would instantly be at Kage level. There were thousands of shinobi who lost something. Some even lost their bloodlines just be receving all the rewards from one those exams not the group ones at the start but the one held in konoha, mc could have easily reached kage level and likely beyond. But not to the level of someone like madara or hashirama. But the problem is that it is random, some cards might be useful some might not be. Tsunade's fear of blood card can be weaponized and MC failed to use it on konan because she is faster, stronger and more experinced. She already suspected MC becasue as a ninja you always have to be paranoid and considering Konan's backstory its likely she is paranoid against everyone that is not nagato so when he recieved a token that only important or powerful people currently or in future received such as uzumaki naruto and sasuke uchiha she was insta sus. So it is not surprising that MC lost and had the card stolen as he was just a civilian with only some ninja experience. Secondly, MC simply can't use these cards to instant boost his strength, chakra and knowlege of unique techniques and bloodlines while MC looks stupid and acts stupid, this guy isn't too dumb and the world is a bit realistic everyone knows that the exam space took away jutsu, techniques, attributes and blah blah. And the people who got rewards are already known globally so how did this genin who did not even appear to be answering the questions for the exam space receive rewards. He can't use cards that can boost his chakra moderately it would be too noticeable too the highly alert ninjas. Same with techniques even if he has S-tier techniques which is likely does he even have the affinity, sure he can use cards to add an affinity but wouldn't that be noticeable to any sensor ninjas or what about Pain can he detect it. He can't even use techniques sure he would have the knowledge but thats from a different body who knows what requirements are needed to perform them. Do you need surgery on your body to actually perform some techniques to the fullest? its likley to be true otherwise why would the show itself say "there is a wealth of information that can be found in the body of a dead shinobi". He might get the knowledge and all the theoretical information on how to perform a jutsu but can he actually do it. Does the card itself just give you a knowldege or does it perfectly transfer the experineces so any ninja if they have enough chakra to perform can do so. But it's more likely to be the first one, if MC could do so when he was captured by konan he would have done the latter. Also can MC actually withstand the knowlege give by the cards lets say one card gives the combat experience of an elite jounin. That means years upon years of bloodhsed, massacring and who knows how many war crimes, can a civilian even withstand that. So he can't instantly learn the techniques in the card while he might have personal experiences in his memory from the card it would take time to train it to the standard presented from the card. Same for the bloodlines. Thirldy, MC doesn't have time he was under constant supervision by konan during training, as a ninja she would be able to instantly tell if he was holding back or getting stronger, how could he hide his abilities from konan only a highly experienced ninja in stealth and taijutsu would be able to do so. And since MC can't instanlty learn techniques using cards he would be discovered, its more likley that MC was already using cards that wouldn't blow his cover. Our MC from konan's persepctive was around or below (don't remember exactly) haku's level. Haku who is pretty strong, how did a civ from irl manage to compete with haku a legitimate genius, the guy used cards, konan wanted to teach a lesson use appropriate card and learn quick.
