I read two chapters of this fan fiction, and I realized that this story is about a typical child protagonist who gets the "powers and appearance" of their idol from anime/manga. However, the author limits the powers of the character from a more powerful world in order to balance the story somehow, but this looks pathetic and disgusting to me.

well, your Obito is a real weakling (also cardboard as a person) for 8 years he could not try a mangek, Ace almost killed him. and rinnegan will get it in 100 years!?. the authors always fall into 2 extremes - firstly, excessive OP, and secondly, excessive weakening of the mac. you have the second case. adios amigo.
