i see thanks for misunderstanding. by the way a question what is rank of leopold now. Also you never once mentioned about smallsnake rank and finally since ryan was with ren for so long did his rank also got elevated or not (cuz ryan had s rank potential).

Jasper was in Issanor, if you read the banquet chapter you will know. The reason why Waylan went back to the human domain was so that he could take care of his family situation. Since Jasper is dead, he needs to remove his influence.
