For killing a king...he lost his life and became slave. Evan was on the top but later ended on bottom of food chain. As main protagonist he is calm, sometimes flustrated, but very decisive and smart. He is not OP from beginning and as reader we can follow his unrevealing process. One of the novel which isnt only about revenge and hateful enemies, it is about building relationahips and polishing your skills.
