No I like harem, I don't mind that girls like Reverse Harems, believe it or not. I just came here expecting to see the same comment I see in harem novels like how it's 1 star for being a harem, it being unrealistic, shallow, dehumanizing, etc but since I didn't find any, I thought I would be the first, just to be fair.

Well, It's not without reason, the novel is too wish-fulfillment-y the relationships are unrealistic, fantastical, you know, they all dote on her and love her no matter what, and everything goes according the mc wishes...

Wow, that's a long comment. I know that harem novels can have a lot of flaws, but even your comment listed out flaws that also exist in this story. Like the unrealism with the women/men being fine with being in a harem and happily sharing and treating each other cordially because they unconditionally love the mc. As a man these things bother me, and I imagine the opposite bothers women in harem novels. I gave it a bad rating because of that bending of reality to fulfill reader's wishes. I know people shouldn't read what they know they likely won't like (Something a lot don't seem to follow when reading male led harem novel lol), but there was a competition for reverse harem novels going on and I stumbled here, so...

you're still correlating the two it's the treatment of the women we dont like harems and the reasons why they stay and put up with that subhuman type of treatment theirs even mind control and mind break. you're still focused on the reason men don't like sharing so they shouldn't stay like it most women don't like sharing their man either I didn't argue that point though. I notice you skipped over that but the treatment of the women is the reason them staying makes no sense and you're focused on the issue of sharing like those men are not forced why wouldn't they stay if they're treated like a partner instead of a slave.

The previous comment was deleted so I am honestly not sure what you're talking about, But...perhaps you see that men are treated greatly and so there's no problems with sharing (lol), but in my eyes, the treatment of men in reverse harem isn't that much different from harem in Chinese novels for example, and it is just as unrealistic and filled with the same tropes as harem novels... (of course we can't compare this novel with the sm** focused novels with the mind control and all that extreme stuff. We'd have to compare with female catered sm** novels and you'll find that they can be just as extreme or even worse.)
