Review Detail of alpha_sierra in The Wife of Hades

I'm writing this review 41 chapters in, and so far this story is really really good!! I get excited when I see that the story is updated, and I read the chapters as soon as possible. The pacing of the story is just right for me, and the leisurely flow of the writing makes the reading experience enjoyable. Somehow this novel makes me feel more relaxed when reading it. Thus far it hasn't been the most action-packed, high-stakes novel filled with tons of drama and stuff, but I whole-heartedly appreciate the happy-sigh vibes it gives me when I'm reading it. I will say though that my favorite aspect of this novel is the characters. I 100% adore them🥰 I love their cheeky and adorable interactions which bring a smile to my face. The female lead is so unapologetically herself, and it's fun to read along as she bounces through life, especially since she got married. The male lead is a precious, territorial puppy of a man with some wolf-like instincts buried within. Together they make an incredibly entertaining couple. The other characters also hold their own with their unique and fun personalities. Overall I would say the novel is quite charming and a truly engaging read. I will say though that I would like to see more of the Underworld side of the story to contrast all of the preciousness going on so far, but I'm still happy with where the story is right now. I feel like this novel has a lot of potential and I am curious and excited to see where it goes!! So to anyone considering giving this novel a shot, PLEASE DO!!! It's definitely worth it!! P.S.
