I mean, I have read novel from other countries too, but this type of novle is not a norm it's infact quite frowned upon around the world because it is unseemly to think a race of certain nationalismis better then the others. To confuse nationalism to the point where it has to go hand in hand with racism is quite low... don't you thnk? I love my country, but not to the point where I put it on pedestal and say my country and its people & culture are the best along with pulling down other countries which you're not even much knowledgeable about. It shows how dumb you can get just to make no point at all. Plus, if you're gonna only write it for the Chinese audience why bother contracting someone to translate it in English, your "reasons" are quite baffling don't you think?
