I was really interested in the idea of a ghost in a world of magic, but then i read like 95 chapters hoping that at some point b now he would have become his original form as a male and not be a girl for over 90 chapters

exactly..I went in with high expectations about GHOST MC after reading about 100 chapters.. he is still in IRENE body.. So just randomly checked chapters in 250's and its still irene :/...

after 250 he's certainly not Irene anymore, he just still have her body

I would say the difference is pretty big since he's being Marcus more and more as time goes on, I still recommend the novel if you still want to give it a try

But did he return to his ghost form?
