I honestly didn't know I needed a Hajime no Ippo ff until I read this. I was just bored and scrolling through the ff section. I fully expected to drop this tbh. And now here I am, giving this five stars. There's really not a lot to nitpick about this aside from some occasional small grammatical mistakes that could be fixed over time. I like how the author wrote the MC. He's got that Takamura vibe to him without being too over the top like Takamura tends to be. And I like how the MC treats Ippo, not like how most authors treat original MC's with disdain or indifference. Because let's be real here, if you got reincarnated into an anime world, you'd prob befriend or outright fanboy over the MC. People who are writing and reading these ffs are anime fans. That doesn't just suddenly go away when you get isekaied. But I digress. The best part of this ff is how the fights are written. It feels impactful, crisp, and realistic. It isn't a chore to read. It's not the clusterf**k most novels do that gets old really fast and I usually just skim over most of the time. I honestly had the HNI theme playing in my head as I was reading. This ff wouldn't have worked without this. So good job to the author and hope you don't drop this.
