I give it a background a 3 and character 4 but should be 3 but as an exception, since magic and it beginning was introduced but the personality of mc change when he reincarnated into naruto world, and all the other chapter are just filler like the actual naruto but with just mc in it and he has the ability plus magic but doesn't even use it and just leet every event go as the cannon
