The characters are extremely cute and relatable. At first, I was a little confused because we were being narrated to in the pov of a 7 year old but then I realised that it was more of a flashback, a memory. That was was drew me in. Such an interesting way to start a story off. very unique and unexpected!

The author has a very nice, aesthetic style and it is pleasant to read her book. The book is emotional and a little disturbing, but it is a good read. I like the characters. Maybe they are not very intriguing, but for me that is a plus.

I feel the story is really good I know I haven't gotten that far, yet but it already got me hooked at chapter one, loving how he thought just because he reads a lot of books and kid shows he could be old enough to understand whatever was thrown at him. But then became shocked to find out that little girl was not what he thought she was. giggles sorry for maybe spoiling some parts.
