The novel is good but very very fast pace. In 20 chapters he is already at the level of God King. But the main problem is why it is necessary to mention America. Simply in every chapter the word America is used many times.

Its kinda better this way. Since it would be a lot worse if the plot was to already spread so far across the world within the first 20 chapters. Its like establishing a proper base first which is quite nice.
