I really enjoyed it at the beginning however when she turned, it was kind of a put off for me. The writing quality is super good though and that is quite rare to find in fanfiction.

Sorry just to add on, I'm not saying the story is bad but it's just not for me. Others will probably like this and the author did a really good job.

All the other Kimetsu FanFics are in Humans POV. Its a nice change to see a Demon POV in Kimetsu FanFic.

That's true but it just depends on preference I guess. The story is still very good and well written.
