The writing excels when specific character interactions played out, with the subtlety of emotions being the key highlights. The descriptive phrases also helped immerse me into the environment. The dialogue seemed like a mix of modern language and British-style posh dialogue courtesy of the royalties backdrop, and it's rather amusing to read for those that enjoys it. There are some occasional grammar mistakes here and there, though it doesn't detract from the flow of the story at all.
