Review Detail of Jin_Daoran in Garden of the Abyss

This is billed as a dark psychological fantasy isekai, which is while not rare is also not common. As usual for me, the thing that had me scrolling down to read more was the light tone and excellent English composition. There is a balance of description and dialogue in the writing style of the author that is not wearying to the eyes. And the characterization is painted with a touch more deftness than most writers on this site. Which, kudos. That’s seriously difficult to do. The gory prologue is a counterpoint to the humorous chapters that come next, and adds tension to a novel that starts off as a typical hero summoning isekai. The pacing clips along nicely, and the action while not precisely riveting is definitely very far from dull. Added this one to my library. Author, you're an inspiration.
