I've read more than 200 chapters. it was great until i realized how manipulative ML towards FL is. One thing that i don't really like from this kind of rebirth/return to the past stories is revenge people who torture MC in the past life. if it's really a reality, why would they think that it's a rebirth and not just a dream. getting revenge based on the "first life" is like damning people guilty for sth they haven't really done (in the second life) which for me kinda unfair. now, back to the novel. why are we okay with how ML or FL way of taking revenge (include killing) but not with the so called "villain". one of the "villain" in this story is the ex. FL said that she doesn't hate him, her feeling for him just vanished because of her first life imprisonment. but from what i see, she is heartbroken because her ex cannot differentiate between her and her twin which also unfair to him somehow. he really treat "her" best, genuinely love her. he also have a dark past and much more hellish than ML and with ML arrogance, he was pushed to the deepest. i think his actions and revenge is more reasonable than ML, but who i am to judge 😂. i hope our FL find other person to love instead of this ML, which is 99% impossible 🥲 gonna place this on my waiting list, maybe continue to read it in the future, but not for now.

I'm on 262 now and I'm more and more pitying the ex. I mean even at first he said that Fang Yusheng mocking his existence, I already pity him. It's not his freaking fault!!!! I'm also glad that he let his bish mother died, because he already tortured enough by his mother..... Also he is a typical villain that will turn good in some other novel if he met MC.... And it's indeed his feeling towards Qiao Jiusheng was the purest feeling he had ever have. It's just he is stupid enough, maybe his own feelings blinded everything.... Jiusheng words also make me hate her when she thought that his mother was a a rich actress and thought his lufe will never be bad. Seriously she don't watch television or goes around weibo to read rumor?!! Now I indeed thing that Fang Yusheng is really manipulative. I also want justice for Fang Mu!!! He really do nothing to his relationship with Qiao Jiusheng, he even keep his own D safe and not forced her to the the deed.

At first I pitied fang mu but when I knew she watched her mother die the pity vanished I mean yes fang yasheng was at fault for mocking him but they were just kids and any kid there age would feel bad for what was done to his mother i can say ml is not a good person but who made him be like that?? To be very honest this story is very Good. but as an indian i hate the way my country is describe like about after 400 chapters the author starts to lOok down on india in every way possible. sometimes its described as a backward country , sometimes nation cuisine is not tasty, some times they talk about untouchablity . yeah i agree there are some negative points to it . but india is not jst about the slums. where do u think taj mahal came from? Have u even tasted our desserts ? Yes people wear sarees here so? Girls here are proud of wearing ig? Have we ever commengdd on chinese wearing qipaos? India is not jst about backward community u see. it is much more than that. i suggest the author to do some real research before writing stuff. untouchability has been abolished ages ago. only a very very few people may still be following it. tht does not count as whole india! Here in india a girl is respected a lot . there is no such thing as inequality described in the book. where do you think kalpana chawla came from? Honestly, I dislike these stories and especially these types of FLs. The useless, good for nothing, ungrateful, leeches. These types of stories, where the female leads come begging the male leads to save them. Yet, they don’t want to do or give anything in return. FLs makes these promises or agreements to do whatever to accomplish this, but in the end always turns it around, when the ML comes to collect. So my issues with this story, really derive from the female lead’s actions. First, If you say you are going to be someone’s wife, then you need to be able to fill that in all capacity (especially since you’re a leech and isn’t really contributing anything). YOU jumped into said man’s bed, begged him to save you, and ruin his reputation all in one night…..sorry no sympathy for you, honey. There are other ways (role) to plan a revenge, but you chose that route. Second, know your ROLE! If you’re going to play someone’s wife (knowing he don’t like to share, whether he likes you or not), at least have some common decency. She’s over there spending ML’s money on another man. Spending a whole day and evening with another man, without the husband’s knowledge….then gets label as a tramp. Third, you’re the one that needs him, quit acting all high and mighty. Honestly, he should just kick that leech to the curb, and continue on with his plan. He accomplished it in her first life, so he definitely didn’t need her.
