Hello! Shame on me I haven't rated and reviewed this book yet hahaha Well, I'm here to change it! I have to say I'm a huge fan of ThirtyTyrants writing and stories. This book is one more amazing work of the author! Yao Shen is a struggling actor. But that's not just it! With his poor luck, now he has to deal with a System and with Demon King Xin Hulei (who is also a super actor!!!). I can feel poor Yao Shen's struggles hahaha But he's, above all, obstinate and talented. I really appreciate him! Xin Hulei is a Demon King who acts in his free time (and wow, he's super good at it! Super sexy too!) He's very mysterious, certainly a deep character I'm eager to keep accompanying! Author, thank you so much for your hard work on this story!

Ahhhhh T-T thank you for your kind words and your continued support, I can't even put into words how much it means to me, and how happy it makes me to read your comments T/////T I'm glad you're enjoying this novel as well, Yao Shen is a really fun character to write especially due to his extreme annoyance towards Xin Hulei, but he really is a person with a lot of admirable qualities, how fun it is to see him all riled up notwithstanding sjhdhsfhs~ There's a lot more to Xin Hulei than meets the eye, and I think his backstory is going to surprise a lot of people who might jump into fast assumptions due to the plot of the drama they're shooting ;)))) Thank you so much for taking the time to review this novel as well, and I hope you continue enjoying it <333

Author here! The novel has progressed to a point in which I think I can give a detailed explanation of what's to come: * Ghosts and Demons disguising their presence in the human realm by hiding in plain sight as renowned actors and celebrities * Demon King with a thousands year old grudge to settle with a Ghost King (who he has long lost track of). *A novel, and subsequent drama adaptation, that details events of a faraway past and the tragic events that led to the resentments of the present. *Clueless humans mingling with demons and ghosts, all of which hiding their true identities from them, and each other. *A protagonist that is sure of his 'regular human' status, but might have played a huge role in the events of the past. *An MC who just wants to get paid and an ML who will stop at nothing to find out what led to the death of his one true love. *An enemies to lovers dynamic that is more like: enemies, to enemies with benefits, to lovers. *A love story that teaches you that the love you want sometimes isn't the love you get -- and that's fine, *Demon pet cats! Buckle up and enjoy the ride :D

Overall, a well written story with a comprehensive and reasonable plot. There are a few spots that could use some proofing, but nothing that makes it painful to read or requires extensive study to understand. Some of the character personality traits are jarring to me personally, but I have no doubt that to others, they may well be highly enjoyable. I usually prefer a more gritty and harsh chain of logic, but this is a fun and relaxing read, well worth trying out, and leaves me with a desire to read further work by the author. I know of no higher compliment on writing than that inclination.

I only read the first three chapters but I know that it will be good so I added this novel to my library. This novel is very interesting and detailed, I can also feel some touches of humor in it. I enjoyed reading it and will continue to read it 😉

I adore the characters in this novel, and the humor of the timing in dialogue! The MC and ML both have personalities that could be off-putting, but in this Work the author’s storytelling and characterization make them beyond likeable. I caught up to the full number of released Chapters last night and have enjoyed every moment reading this story and guessing what will happen next! I can hardly wait for more!
