Yes, it is a double insert! Don't know about hero looser. The MC isn't the "super good" guy type, but he is far from being bad, Not something like CryingJoker protagonists. He would be a neutral, sometimes selfish, sometimes not. The FL definitely fits in the "Hero Looser".
