I love this, I really do. You do a goodd job of making a world not like our own. It's phenomenal. One thing though: with the cover try usinga dark font that stands out, once you find that lemme know. Overall, This feels like potential.

Also, with dialogue split up the paragraphs, it makes interaction feel spaced out like people are listening to eachother and it hooks readers.

The face of the guy is eye catching but I would suggest switching the clor of his eyes to match whatever other secondary color you choose,
