I respect you a lot, because I know that writing and making a good story is hard . What I can’t respect is you dropping the whole thing because of one review, you ignored all of your fans all because of one hater. That’s doesn’t make a good author, what makes a good author is pushing through all the hate and continuing the novel/book because they know that they have fans that actually like their stuff

This idea is a misconception. I didn't drop because of a single hate review. I couldn't careless about what this fool said. I just couldn't go on because of various reasons which many are personal. One though I will explain is that it just took way too much out of my time. My grades dropped drastically because I was foolishly obsessed with writing which is one of the reasons why I decided to stop. That's all.

What makes a really good author is that he at least tries to write something of quality and doesn't ignore his readers. and in case, you failed the first one... you talk about him giving up and everything without even looking for the information why. I understand if you drop the story but why delete the chapters? Even if it’ dropped I still look forward to re-reading it

Because I'd be tempted to continue it. If the slate is clean I would still be able to start again, but by breaking the slate such a chance has become null.
