first few chapters might bore folks wanting to jump straight into the action but the character's backstories were explained while the characters were being developed. but once the characters get introduced things start getting interesting. btw, I tried to be honest but I am the author so my point of view might be a touch biased. so if you think differently (good and bad) post your own review or comment and I'll try to improve.

The Dark Fairy

Kidnapped at the age of three, Rain found herself amongst the people who put monsters and devils to shame. Subjected to their torture since young age, she turned out to be the cold-blooded killer with no emotions but was gifted some superhuman abilities. After marking his presence and establishing his position as the ruthless leader in the underworld, Elliot Harvey finally decided to take over his family business. But before that he had to intern in his own company under a disguise as Kai. It was there that he met Rain. Now gone was the ruthless king of the underworld and what remained was a young puppy in love who just wanted to be noticed by this mysterious girl who had captured his heart with her hypnotizing eyes. ******** “Wha… Just what happened here?” his best friend gulped as soon as his gaze landed on a girl standing there like a demon sent by the Hades himself. “Elliot. What is it that she is protecting her brothers from? How was Elliot involved in this war before he even knew her? Will she be able to overcome the darkness within her to lead a happy life? It is written in the first person and revolves around a female lead (FL). This is a weak-to-strong novel, she will have heavy flaws and make repeated mistakes and seem generally weak at the start, bear with her as she grows.
