I understand what U are saying but even in the comics nate becomes delusional and thinks himself a god so this mc will be different and he still is a teen right now whos spent most of his time in a pod and has never had the chance to socialise with anyone for 16 years

But you're not writing a comic, it's a fanfiction and it's a character who knows what universe he's in, you know, it's trivial to check if you're the only one who jumped is not so difficult, it's just logic, I haven't read comics, but judging by your comments, you're just following the plot of the original comics
