Well from the synopsis i see that were off to a truly dark start. Sacrificing love for power is it worth it? Will it ever be worth it? Find the answer to those in this novel. I mist say this is one of the darkest synopsis i’ve ever read. Its noting like the walker of worlds which fasinates you and make you feel like your flying. And by the way author pls dont make his lover appear in his second life pls? I turly hate stories where rivalry is is not dead even after both of them die or even when one of them is dead. This is quite possibly a anti-hero protagonist who would do anything for his own benifit.

Well, no actually not if you are a perfect or absolute being. An absolute being would not be bored EVER NO MATTER WHAT unless he wants to. And he can do whatever he wants, he just has to think and he can do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING LITERALLY. Nothing will matter to you unless you want it to be. And yes, it is worth to sacrifice ANYTHING for that power as you can't die unless you want to and you can resurrect them anyways. It is the same as investment in a business. You get back all your money after you are successful.
Auora78:I don't say your wrong because everyone has their own point of view. However, I have a question for you. Why do you need power? To have everything in the world or maybe to do anything you wish. But you know if you abandoned everything to have everything for power, then what is the power you attained in the end means. You lose everything. And yes, right if you have power, you can do anything. But not long after you will definitely become bored with life because you are alone standing at the top where there is no one who will cheer for what you accomplished. If there is then he/she is aiming your POWER, RESOURCE, WEALTH, FAME , etc. No one can not be trusted and they are definitely backstabbers. If mc is going to kill his love the he should have never fall in love. In the end, mc is weak and let his mentality be corrupted by people where he was born around him or cruel world. He should have his own rules and principles. I don't say mc can't kill. I am saying he can kill as much as he like even if they are elders or infants. That is if only they are ENIMES or related to them. You should not kill someone that have never wronged on you.
mbrapshT:Loving his wife and sacrificing her for power it is not worth it. It can even become an obstacle for future growth. But if he targeted her from the beginning for his own plans then i don't see any problem with that. She was just a tool to him.

It really depends mate. Really depends on world and how the family is. If I lived in world where immortality is possible and had wife I don't love and is not somebody with equal ambition to me then I would sacrifice my wife. Personally albeit in this setting I feel like Mc should have procured another person whose Mc knows true name for ritual purpose. Finding yet another partner that believes and trusts Mc so unconditionally would be very hard.

Not sure about him being an anti-hero. An anti-hero character is one who has the tendencies, qualities, behaviours etc. of a villain but eventually succumbs to being a hero. At the very least I hope this is not the case for this MC. So far the MC is a straight villain and I sincerely hope that he remains one. I’ve spend a long time looking for a novel with a villain MC, there are not many out there and even less quality ones. And this novel really good so far. But I definitely agree about his lover appearing again. It would be the worst.

Power is everything and all except love apparently in this comment section. Power is everything except kindness and good. You guys have problems. Imagine thinking power is everything. You can be the strongest man alive but you ain't surviving a missle so I'd rather die with my lover in my arms like the other guy

Yea they're cringey just to read. Plus they don't understand if they have power and money, everything is gonna be fake. The love and kindness they get is gonna be fake. The only thing that stays real with power is negativity. Hate and all that other stuff. They're calling us kids for not being greedy and power hungry. If everybody in the world was nice we wouldn't need power to get anything
