Forced plot, cringe anime-esque dialogue every now and then, characters somehow just as strong as the MC for no logical reason, hero complex MC If those havent turned you away, you’ve got no hope. This novel looks appealing at first with its world building and then it slaps you in the face around chapter 50 with a sudden change to a hero complex MC who starts acting like a complete idiot. Everyone around him suddenly becomes super powerful despite being literal cannon fodder. Everything the MC goes through in terms if challenges are just useless. The MC is not strong mentally or physcially. He can be overwhelmed by two white/blue trial randoms and manipulated but some businessman. Such a disappointment.

LIKEThat last sentence of yours perfectly describes your whole comment... Main character not being overpowered from the beginning is the best. How do you expect some growth if he's already at his limit? Or perhaps you don't like struggling mc's, because it relates too much to your personal life and you want something more fantasy like to escape from that crippling depression? Other characters being just as strong is perfectly normal if you read the backstories of some just like the author provided.. It's not like he was anything special before everything started. Just a normal, but broken man. Dialogue - well I have no comment on this one, every book is unique and most of the time no one in real life even talks this eloquently in most of them. So this point is the only one where I can't say if its right or wrong. Because it is personal opinion. Hero complex - there is no such thing. This guy is daydreaming. I'm not even sure at this point if he read the same book as me xd. It's especially funny how he says, it's strange being manipulated by the businessman or falling into his ploy or whatever.. Why? Since prehistorical age, most of the time, it was brains that won against brawn and not the other way around. This guy probably likes when everyone else is as dumb as bricks so that the mc could shine with his stupid decisions. Basically this guy is delusional, he is one of the guys who rate normal novels bad, so that you could turn to his favorite genre of generic chinese wuxia trash.

When people don't take criticism to well (like the author pining your review). When i start to read a novel usually read the 4 🌟 review and then the low end of the reviews (+ the synopsis)to have a better opinion on pros and cons. Seems people tend to forget that others have different opinions or taste , anyway thank you for your review and I'll make my own decision,if i get to the 50-60 chapters and I'm on the same opinion like you, I'll post my review (and i won't be shy to give it 1 🌟 just like you).
