I enjoy the story but there are some plot holes which make it very unrealistic. first why students like emerald who have rich family backing only E rank he have rich family can't he get a lot of cores, taking into account he helped government to catch subhumans. same for fradrick as he have an S rank brother can't he give him a lot of cores. there are a lot of things like that

I have one question. I have recently read the chapter in which Azathoth The one and chaos are mentioned. I have also read the novel epic of caterpillar which have the characters mentioned above, also from there there was also hint of another novel. Are all of the novels are connected or just these three.
PancakesWitch:its not plot holes, all those questions are explained through the story, he's only E-Rank because the government control the cores, and they cannot be bough even by moderately rich families either, as theyre saved for the military. Also cores need to be used gradually, if he uses an s-rasnk core he'll die out of overcharge of energy. all of this and more is explained, i never leave a plothole, you're just terrible at reading
