i love all the characters except for the dead husband (ML). i MTL this till 200ish and i still hoping that he is not the ML. he didn't cherished his children and wife before but when he pretend to be dead and hiding, hearing all the great things his children and wife have became, he start have a "deep" feeling for them. he thought he deserves them, he is pitiful because he felt right to left them to die and came back to receive the good result of a year hardwork from his wife. No way! think he is so great as a father by buying new clothes once a year (rob by their cousins) and money for hospital (rob by their grandma). he never be there when needed. FL better ended up with Ji instead, eventhough i think he and shao qiyun had a fling resulting in shao zhong.

just finished the latest update 451 🥲 need to wait for updates again. i do feel that Ji is still better than Shao tho. even thought they start with classic encounter "you are the only one" that i can see the face. he put thought to get closer to the kids and wait for FL to open up to him for years 😂. the FL got prophecy read that she will face 3 catastrophes, 2 already past which i believe are when she died the first time and when she got gu in her body. the third one happened before the marriage which what i was reading now.

I think the fact that “she is the only one he sees” is my conflict, so if he didn't see her? he would never "fall in love", and if he were blind? also seriously that ridiculous riding scene, I thought I was reading a Japanese shoujo novel when everything else is not. the author failed to express a romance. Now I just hope that the two survive (and there is no lost memory clicle, coma, separation, etc) because otherwise it would be very ridiculous to switch to ML or wait a thousand more chapters to read romance.

yesh that horse riding, i almost thought i was in a different novel 😂, ridiculous sudden attraction over horse riding... and those cliche memory loss or coma would put this novel directly to my waiting list again until miracle of awakening happened. i hope it doesn't happen 😞 anyhow, the interaction between the FL and children is the best, it's different than other i have seen so far, totally into it.
