LIKEUp your metabolism through morning exercise. Change your diet to include more whole grains (i.e millet, quinoa, etc), less sugar, and more protein. Building muscle also helps increase your metabolism, so going to the gym, or buying a set of dumbbells is a good investment in your future health and happiness.
I actually have the opposite of your problem, and honestly speaking it's just as bad. Like I can never put on weight no matter what and how much I eat to the point that most people think I'm anorexic. Like I work hard for a month and start putting on a few kilos then eat light for ONE day and it's back to base one. I get a lot of comments and "concerns" about my body and health but I've learned to accept my body as it is and live with it. Moral of my unnecessary rant is, human bodies are F*cked up so it doesn't matter if you're overweight or underweight as long as you're healthy.
