Honestly it's terrible, the synopsis makes the Main Character seem like a person with a high IQ but from what I've read it doesn't really seem so. Another fact is, that the Main Character is a dragon, yet he has nothing to show for it.

He plans ahead and makes rational decisions so I would classify it as “high iq”. And you said that he has nothing to show for being a dragon but he has literally every traditional dragons ability and more?

I'm confused by your review. I will say he is not a absolute genius however compared to the average IQ of the MC we see in trail read he goes above and beyond.

Are you sure you've read the story? In the opening chapters how he could also PROVE he is a dragon ... (practically a small lizard that could be crushed at any moment) in the following chapters when he starts to be decently powerful he still has to keep a little low profile because his strength does not it is still enough to defend against any attack by dragon hunters, armies or other adult dragons. MC clearly has a high IQ if in this story he had acted differently he probably would have died ...
