I don’t see any real reviews. So, lemme try. Compared to recent trial reads, it’s not bad. But, that isn’t quite the accomplishment. The story is about the MC being brought into a weird trial video game and all he does is fight through rounds. The MC’s chest is that he gets to select his loot from the chests that drop. (Kinda like the digging novel) So, basically, he gets the highest and best loot drops possible. As the snynopsis states, his entry level gift was the best one offered. (Time out, PRIMORDIAL CHAOS skill is only mystic low tier. I don’t know of higher ranks, but I do know that low - tier isn’t the best of it’s tier. putting Primordial Chaos as low tier in its rank let alone at the highest rank completely shut me out. It simply tells me that the author simply doesn’t care. They put the biggest, most grandiose names they could think of and slapped them in. It screams lack of quality, let alone originality.) Minor spoiler, his enemies for the first few chapters are ducks. Then Kobolds. Then f’ing catgirls. I couldn’t read it. I’m assuming webnovel has no more novels to translate and if there was a barrel, rather than scraping the bottom of said barrel, cut a hole in the bottom of it and grabbed whatever god forsaken nonsense these latest trial reads are.

Webnovel is a subsidiary of Qidian the largest publishing company of webnovels in china... they could stop taking new authors on the main site and do trail reads on this site for the next 4 yrs to 10 yrs and still have books to translate. I'm not joking when I say their are millions of books on their site.
You forgot to mention that more than half of them have a similar storyline (copy, past with slight changes).

This seems like a small thing to drop a novel over. I kinda agree with the over-the-top naming of the cultivation thing but I don't fully understand what's wrong with the enemy progression. ducks (really just a monster, does not look like a duck in the slightest), kobolds (normal low-mid tier mob in 100s of novels, catgirls (kinda strange that they're all girls but they're not illogical enemies. the race works great for the purpose it has in the test. The book is not the best, I'll give you that but the writing quality is good and the cheat is fun. On webnovel that alone deserves more than 2 stars imo
well I feel like I wasted my time. I read through the kobolds then skipped ahead to the locked chapters, since I got free trial. he's at that point no longer human as he eats stuff and gains it's powers. (some kind of humanoid unicorn) beats some super Bees and goes insect... I mean nonhuman evolutions can be fun if done right. But to me it sounded grindy without any purpose. I checked the reviews and found out it's endless leveling till chapter 300...then it gets interesting they said. I circled back and read the catgirls battle and I was done. this story doesn't have the 'heart' for me to invest 300 chapters. If the heart is there even bad translation is forgivable.
