i would comment on the character design a other stuff but to be honest this is so badly written changing between tenses ,perspectives,changing peoples pronouns that i legitimately cannot tell wtf is going on .what you need to do is go back and rewrite at least the first 3 chapters idk if it improves after that but if not rewrite the entire hing because it is near incomprehensible and i find this horrible becasue i really want to like this but i just cant
