also change your synopsis because this guy is not just a scientist he apparently took over the world and became a dictator slept with many women I presume from the way he said it himself and is a means justify the ends

please have patience mc has a very deep background setting you will soon know why?

I think this MC had many reincarnations, not just one. I got this inference from that messed up chapter 48 IDENTITY.

I just do not like the pacing of this story, things keep popping up and the mc doesn't have time for anything, I think several chapters happen on the same day all the time

If this is the reason then it was poorly executed, instead of it affecting him in later chapters it should have started in early chapters, unless if there are certain triggers for his episodes.

Just curious but will there be any romance? I’m currently chapter 60 and see nothing it sight. Maybe Susan but unlikely.

I like Susan too and I liked the Ritch girl but author seems dead set on everyone getting some besides the mc while making everyone have to be either a slave or an enemy sadly read 244 chapters and while I liked the story its becoming disapointing
