i am not saying this story would be illogical bcoz its fantasy, i am just saying just be patient and read through the story amd every one of your questions will be answered when the story progresses and reaches that point. i am just trying to say ddont be like "why are there dungeons on earth? thats stupid and makes no sense." at the beginning of the story.

Every story should be logical and coherent within it's own universe. If it isn't that's not because it's fantasy but simply because of poor writing.
Honestly it does kinda depend if it's more of a soft magic system there's a lot more room to play around with the rules then when there is a hard magic system
