It's beautifully written. The MC cries a lot but she's strong in her own way. I mean, she manages to run away from her family and build her own medicine shop before meeting the ML so I guess that's admirable. And the reason for her crocodile tears is due to her pregnancy hormones

After that one time incident, I, your author, assure you that no main character or side character would be on the receiving end of this kind of abuse after that one time incident. Ah well, the ML is a decent human being, that much I can say. The author really did say that the MC is weak at first but she's a doctor and she isn't completely useless. With her kind and innocent personality, the ML who is prince regent fell for her. I'm interested how she would deal with her family who made her suffer. Also, what happened to her grandfather?

There is a lot of narration in this novel. There is some dog blood drama but for now, the story focuses on MC and ML meeting then their marriage. ML did the deed with her but he apologized. MC did not exactly forgive him immediately but she's too kind. I think that is also why ML fell for her.
