While I don't read romance in general (just getting that out), I will commend the author for writing a proper fantasy romance. What do I mean by proper? If you write fantasy romance, there must be a balance between the two genres. Fantasy elements on one side and romance on the other. I've seen too many fantasy romances before where the fantasy is just a backdrop for the romance, but here? This novel excels at the fantasy elements like the world building. The writing, there's no question it's good. Admittedly I was put off at first by some of the character speeches (like Wolfe for instance), but overall the dialogue does match the interaction between characters at least. Red? So far she's a good protagonist, there's a build up and so forth. Keeping on writing author. Hope your novel becomes a shining example of how a fantasy romance should be written.

Though I've only read the first twenty chapters as of now, I've already been mesmerised by the world of faeys. The author has done a splendid job in creating such an incredible world and portraying it so vividly through her writing. I specially loved the fact that the journey of our Female Protagonist, Red begins as a comparatively weak and indecisive character, but I guess she would get stronger as the story progresses. We get to see Red's physical as well as emotional struggles as the story progresses, but despite all these she comes out stronger after overcoming the hurdles. Also, the romance blends well with the fantasy background of the story, so people who don't read romance, can also try this book, as the romance does not dominate over the fantasy genre. The writing style is simple, yet it captures the reader's imagination with the details of the world and tug at our hearts as the characters' emotions are easily perceived by the readers. Hello everyone! author here giving you a follow up review on my novel after three months and finally going into premium. I would like to take this opportunity to give you an overall of the story so far. Plotwise, I created this novel with a clear ending for every volume although with regards to the number of chapters in each volume i'd say its over 100 chaps each. Events are not random and I specifically make many foreshadowings so please don't skim chapters and make note of things that might seem out of place or makes you curious why it was even mentione because - its there for a reason. *wink* visions and dreams are important parts of the stpry which sometimes i leave to your imagination until i throw it back in the plot for some major plot twists. after all, the title "somniate" is closely related to dreams *winks* Romance wise, i have started to make the romance a bit better in the proceeding chapters after they entered the Faey Kingdom so for the chapters before that, they are all focused on the adventures of our FL and 2 ML. Somniate is a fantasy loaded novel that I take pleasure to write especially action packed scenes and nature inspired settings. my writing might come off a bit simpler in the later chapters but rest assured I really take time to edit them before publishing as I am a bit paranoid when it comes to the flow of scenes and conversations. as much as possible i don't throw in mash up scenes and I work hard to make the chapters worth their price. thank you for reading somniate and i look forward to the next chapters to come💖💖💖

The language is so smooth and neat you can totally forget this is a webnovel. Characters are well-formed, so is the world building... the story is incredibly well written all the way. Only.. it's like a paper novel.. and it reads just as slow. However, once you cross that phase, it's awesome. try it guys. you wont regret it..
