Agreed. It's just that the mother-in-law puts a lot of stress on her daughter and tries to get her to divorce him, which makes the family environment toxic. I'm not saying the dude has to brag or show off, but at least do something to shut her up so that his wife doesn't have to be subjected to the constant stress or toxicity from her own mom.
