Here's the thing... People who don't like harem are just jealous because they don't even have a girl friend... I bet any one of you here wouldn't mind being surrounded by multiple hot women... You just think 'I wish I had a harem but I'm going to start hating on people(Anime characters or novel maybe even real life) who have one because I don't...' I don't have a gf but you don't see me hating people(or anime characters) that have multiple... Quick side note I haven't even read this đđđ

Actually I don't have anything against it but I just prefer no harem tho but if the harem tag is pulled off correctly I quite enjoy it (also I have deep hatred with fics in which mc treats his women literally like trophies but still has the audacity to say that he loves them also I don't like mc with gotcha catch them all types of fanfica too)
AzRael_676:I'm convinced people that like harem have never been in a long-term relationship
Okay, letâs analyze the situation here. I for one, donât really care about harems either way really. As long as they are far away from me Iâm good. Romance isnât something I care about harem or not. So, analyzing this with logic your argument falls to pieces if you actually ask why people donât like harems. Usually itâs because the story itself is gutted by badly handled harems because the writer has to juggle so many love interests. By focusing on one interest the story often ends up more fluid leading to better stories most of the time although good harem stories do exist. When we look at your argument itâs actually most often that the harem lovers supplement their lack of love lives with these kinds of stories. In fact itâs no secret that those types of people are their intended audience. So really looking into it your argument not only falls apart but it can be reversed to target harem defenders instead. It really isnât a solid argument. For that you would need evidence which you donât really have for your argument while one look at the stated intended audience for harem stories alone gives people that donât like harems enough evidence to last years. Your argument is a logical fallacy that can be dissected with reasoning you know. Itâs not hard. I can bring up actual evidence from multiple sources if you want. I just didnât here because itâs annoying and this is just a comment.
