The first chapter definitely got me hooked. I hope that the author will continue to have this kind of intriguing quality for the rest of the novel. The second chapter was good as well. But I found some parts were slightly confusing.

A fresh story... The story is surrounded by the air of mystery. It has its fantasy elements as well. The writing style and eloquence are great.
