I had read a bit the MLT version but I had to stop because of how hard it was to read the MLT but even then I really liked the plot and idea of the story. So I'm excited to see how it is properly translated and I suggest everyone gives it a try.👍👍👍

So far, this is looking pretty good - I mean, for a Webnovel trial read, anyway. It's straightforward, doesn't rely on reactions and padding, delivers what it promises, and has a character that isn't just another generic Xianxia protag. Hoping it gets picked.

I can't say much since I dropped it around chapter 50, but before chapter 40, the novel is fantastic! You get a decent amount of action and information, so everything knits together great. The only reason I made it to chapter 50 is that after chapter 40, it seems like the translation went from being translated by a human into edited mtl. There's a lot of text I don't understand, and the book doesn't give context into it, as well as mixed up pronouns such as calling a female he and a male she, making it so you have to use your brain each time you see this. There are also missing quotation marks when a character talks, so you don't know they're talking until you're halfway through their speech. If this novel gets translated after chapter 50, I will start reading it again.

Its pretty good. the mc does not act like a virgin who gets a nose bleed everytime he sees a girl. mc is very cautious and extremely OP. Mc has a Scheming Master who is weak but pretends to be Mysterious and unfathomable and relies on his great looks to get food from middle aged village women. Overall great i would say mc is handsome like very handsome. i feel this novel would be more suited towards slice of life. i was kinda disappointed that there was no mofu moments though lol

I have read mtl. 10/10 can recommend. Thanks for those providing the Chinese names; I appreciate it. One factor I dislike about Webnovel is that they stopped providing the Chinese names for the novels they are translating or are about to translate. Although I do understand piracy has become a massive problem, I condemn Webnovel for being unable to understand that due to their lack of sympathy for readers, many of these novels get forgotten and the authors uncredited (since Chinese has many interpretations and translating an author's name in English is kind of pointless as the definition becomes tempered with and tracing the author in CN is near impossible). For example, I have seen tens of novels that never progressed from the initial stages of pilot reads to translation and got forgotten. At the moment, Webnovel almost never listens to advise from their userbase and I think this is despicable and Webnovel honestly need to change up their game plan.
