yep...it's a strong poison... and the system is just selling hp and mp potions... but later it will unlock few more items...

Except if it's some mega strong poison then you'll need a stronger and better antidote. I haven't read the novel so I don't know what this poison is but I'm just assuming it's like the poison in LoHP.
