Very dope. Norman SI? never read one before. The powers could be improved upon. interested to see what happens and how he'd use em to rival the top tier. Norman was smart, or at least cunning and a planner [ minus the insanity ], would like to see this. His plans, the progress of it and the execution rather than just mentioning it in one para and moving on, like most ff;s. And would prefer a non heroic MC or chaotic neutral MC or even a villain. cause for obvious reasons. But if heroic dont make him the midoriya type. Any relationships, try to build over a period of time instead of rushing it in weeks/days. And show the progress instead of rushing it overall really like the idea, its dope. suggestions: magic. make him a speedster or atleast some power of that type. suits his theme, and power and skill.
