first of all it doesn't make any sense for their to be a new tailed beast. it would have made more sense if someone had sealed the body of the ten tails in to the mc. also I hate to have to point this out but no one in konoha knows anything about puppits he sould have been born in suna I mean it is close to where the body of the ten tails was so it would have made sense form him to make super puppits with wood from the ten tails

First, I didn't create a new Tailed Beast. You do realize that there are more chakra beasts than just the Tailed Beasts, right? That's canon. Addressing your second point, Konoha does actually know about puppet techniques. The only difference being that Suna is the only one with a specialized team dedicated to the style. That's why it is so unheard of in the other villages.

I agree on the fact that the bete a chakra exists is really cannon but the technique of puppeteer only suna knows them.
Be more polite when talking to someone. Also, realistically speaking, in battles during War-time between Suna and Konoha, Konoha would've obviously understood the art of Puppeteering properly so as to fight them efficiently. What you're saying isn't wrong at all, but even being in Konoha CAN help him develop till a particular extent, after which he would have to either join Suna or steal secret scrolls for learning further or self-learn. Regarding the Tailed Beasts, the main 9 are the strongest and most dangerous ones. That doesn't mean there aren't any other "chakra beasts." Whatever the Author mentioned is indeed valid. So pick something else to argue about, such as the bloodline one you wanted to mention.
