Review Detail of uflesh940 in The Universal Villain

Honestly... it's not great. It's not *bad*, but it certainly doesn't deserve it's four point eight star rating. I mean, he's in RWBY but he doesn't even have his aura unlocked. Why bother if you're just going to gacha him a bunch of random skills from other sources?
